Student Workshops
An integral part of life is sharing your discoveries with others. The Ambrose Collective is a small group of students and young adults committed to doing just that. The Collective also serves as a bridge for students and young adults interested in careers in the applied arts. Our goal is three fold:
- To empower young adults to think critically and creatively regarding problem solving and self-expression.
- To expose aspiring creatives to the technical skills, business acumen, money management and communication skills necessary to thrive in tomorrows global environment.
- To engage the current injustices in Holland by using our creative talents to serve local non-profit organizations in the (re)creation of identities, public campaigns and social movements.
Some things to consider before you attend. As is the case for almost all situations; it’s best to look before you leap. Here are some examples of previous workshops and more photos can be found on our Flickr. We also require a completed liability form before you go on any road trip with us. Any questions about our policies or procedures can be directed to us via phone (616) 594-0849 or e-mail.
We are generously hosted by the Holland Area Arts Council on Thursday nights from 3:30 - 6:00.
